Any grievance outcomes, whether favorable or unfavorable

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content
Missed deadlines or procedural errors in grievance filing
Any employment actions taken by your employer

You acknowledge that grievance outcomes depend on many factors beyond the information provided by CREA, including but not limited to: the specific facts of your case, the arbitrator assigned, local practices, and the quality of representation.

5. User Responsibilities

By using CREA, you agree to:

Verify all information independently before relying on it
Consult with qualified union representatives or attorneys for specific advice
Not use CREA as a substitute for professional representation
Use the service only for lawful purposes related to workplace research
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service
Not submit false, misleading, or malicious queries
Acknowledge that you are responsible for any actions you take based on CREA's output

6. Intellectual Property

7. Subscription Terms & Billing

CREA is offered as a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Query Limits: Each subscription plan includes a specified number of queries per billing period. Additional queries may be purchased as add-on packs.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds: Not satisfied? Contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to CREA until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@crearesearch.com.

Query Packs: Purchased query packs are non-refundable and expire according to their stated terms (typically 3 months from purchase).

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue CREA at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CREA, its developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CREA shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
