About the Developer
CREA was built by someone who's lived the problem.
I'm Lino Miranda—a 20+ year letter carrier and shop steward at the Flagler Post Office in Miami. Like many stewards, I didn't start out trying to fix the system. I started out trying to protect my coworkers: answering questions, filing grievances, pushing back on bad directives, and standing between management and carriers when things went sideways.
Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore: the same violations, the same excuses, the same fights—while the information we needed was scattered, buried, or inaccessible. Stewards were expected to argue complex cases from memory, PDFs, or hearsay. Management relied on that information gap.
CREA is my response.
I built CREA as an AI-powered research tool designed specifically for postal workers and union stewards. It analyzes arbitration decisions, manuals, contracts, and policies at scale—so stewards don't have to reinvent the wheel every time a violation happens. The goal isn't to replace experience. It's to give working people leverage, clarity, and speed.
Along the way, I documented what I was seeing. I produced two independent documentaries examining systemic issues inside USPS, grounded in official records and Office of Inspector General reports.

2. "Error and Abuse At USPS: The Angel Guerra Story"
If you're a steward, a carrier, or someone who deals with management issues daily, CREA was built with you in mind—by someone who's been in the same chair, on the same routes, having the same conversations.
This isn't corporate software. It's shop-floor technology.
