CREA searches a comprehensive database including 33,000+ arbitration cases spanning 1970-2025, 67 USPS manuals with 18,000+ sections, and 1,700+ MRS documents including Step 4 settlements. Our AI analyzes your situation and finds the most relevant precedents.
How accurate is it?
CREA uses 15 verification systems to ensure accuracy. In our most recent audit of 886 queries, we achieved a 100% citation verification pass rate. Every case number, article reference, and document citation is verified against our database before being included in results.
What makes CREA different from ChatGPT?
